As your spiritual director with 9 years of experience, I walk alongside you as a companion in discernment, attentive to the movement of the Holy Spirit in your heart, body, and the ordinary moments of your daily life. Spiritual direction is a sacred practice of listening, to TMH, yourself, and to the quiet places where the two meet.
Together, we create space for what has been buried to surface: old wounds ready to be healed, patterns ready to be released, and a deeper knowing of who you were created to be from birth. This is not an open-ended path with no end in sight. It is focused, intentional work, rooted in prayer, scripture, and reflection, that leads somewhere: toward clarity, toward wholeness, toward a life lived from your true identity in Christ.
